Terms of delivery

At the start of therapy, the client receives a treatment agreement in which contact details are requested and a number of general questions are asked about the current request for help.

Conditions/framework surrounding the treatment that the client agrees to upon signing:
• The therapist is required to act in accordance with statutory regulations. The rights and obligations of the client and the care provider are laid down in, among other things, the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO) and the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
• The therapist works with behavioral therapy, more specifically with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Process-based Behavioral Therapy (PBBT) in a functional-analytical and transdiagnostic way. This means that the function of behavior will be leading for the interventions in the therapy and not a possible diagnosis.
• The therapist maintains a client file. The client has the right to inspect his/her own file. The file is kept for a total of 20 years in accordance with the statutory retention period.
• The therapist undertakes to provide information regarding the treatment to the client in all phases of the treatment. The client undertakes to provide relevant information to the therapist through the anamnesis interview.
• The therapist maintains confidentiality with regard to data provided by the client, which is stored in the file.
• The therapist may not perform any specific tasks without the client's consent
to perform (actions).
• The therapist undertakes to refer the client to a fellow therapist or a doctor if her treatment is not appropriate and/or sufficient.
• No specific number of sessions is agreed upon at the start. Therapist and client will continuously evaluate progress in dialogue.
• Termination of treatment can be done at any time by mutual consent. If the client no longer appreciates or deems it necessary to continue the agreement, he/she can terminate it unilaterally.
• The therapist can only terminate the agreement unilaterally by stating reasons, if it cannot reasonably be expected of him to continue the agreement. In such a situation, the therapist will refer the client to his own GP.
• You have read the privacy regulations of Overveld Therapie which are stated on the Overveld Therapie website and you agree with these regulations.
• The therapist works with a paid version of zoom for the digital sessions and does everything to guarantee the privacy of the client. The use of Zoom as a provider has been discussed with you at the start of the therapy. You agree to this.
• The client agrees to the rate of € 90,-- (euro) for the first consultation with intake interview and to the amount of € 90,-- per session thereafter.
• Payment method for treatments is by invoice, a number of sessions can be bundled on one invoice.
• The client is obliged to cancel an appointment in a timely manner (at least 1 working day in advance), otherwise the costs of the reserved time will be charged.
• For complaints about the treatment, the client can contact P3NL for the right to complain, www.p3nl.nl/klachtenregeling/cliënten.
• Any adverse consequences resulting from withholding information contained in the GP's medical file are the responsibility and expense of the client.
